Sorceress Pashayanina 1

Took image of Pashayanina and painted a blouse and skirt onto her. Then, rotated the image and blended it with a homemade magical background. Added the glowing green balls in increasingly larger sizes. Then, used the Stylize -> Find Edges filter on the entire image.
